Widgeta Privacy Policy

Widgeta helps you turn JSON endpoints into configurable widgets for iPhone, iPad, Lock Screen, StandBy, and the CarPlay widget stack where available. The app is designed to keep your configuration on your devices.

Data Stored by the App

Widgeta stores the JSON sources, selected JSON paths, widget presets, design settings, refresh settings, and cached values that you create in the app. This information is stored locally on your device and, when needed, in the app group shared with the widget extension.

Network Requests

When you add a JSON URL, Widgeta requests that URL so it can preview and refresh your widget data. Any custom headers you configure are sent only to the endpoint you provide. Internet endpoints should use HTTPS; local or private-network HTTP endpoints may be used when supported by the app.

Purchases

Widgeta may use Apple's StoreKit framework to process optional non-consumable in-app purchases, such as lifetime Pro access. Payment processing and purchase management are handled by Apple. Widgeta does not receive your payment card details.

Analytics and Tracking

Widgeta does not include third-party advertising trackers and does not sell personal data.
