Need help with barcode scanning, QR scanning, NFC tags, manual entry, duplicate handling, exports, or Pro access? Contact marko@3dana.com.
Before You Write
- Confirm that camera access is enabled for BatchScan in your device settings.
- Use enough light and keep the barcode inside the scan frame.
- For NFC tags on iPhone, hold the top of the device close to the tag and use tags with readable NDEF text or URL data.
- Check duplicate handling if quantities or repeated codes are not what you expect.
- Use Manual Add when a label is damaged or a code cannot be scanned.
Export Help
BatchScan can export CSV, TXT, and XLSX files. Export options control headers, timestamps, code type, quantity, notes, date format, delimiter, and encoding.
Purchases
BatchScan Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase handled by the platform app store. If Pro access does not appear after purchase, use the restore purchase option in the app settings.
